As founder of Lady of Record, Jorgi is building & servicing a community of women owning real estate.

Before launching Lady of Record in SoHo New York, Jorgi began her career a decade earlier at Omnicom’s OMD, the world’s largest media agency, where she grew to help lead $50 million in strategies for CPG & entertainment brands. Upon realizing her passion for client relationships could extend into something tangible, she shifted her career & became a commercial real estate investment sales broker at a global firm, participating in $1 billion in property sales across 100+ transactions & earning CCIM Rookie of The Year for the entire state.

Immediately, the contrast between the creative industry & male-dominated investment world was palpable. However, it took years worth of inequitable interactions with her team & company leaders for it to become unmistakable: she was not in an environment of shared success. Despite helping her team of two brokers deliver record-setting results during this time - Jorgi participated in selling Class-A multifamily (up to 300 units), retail, industrial, office & urban development land for premier institutions - she made the decision to leave the industry having no idea what was next, knowing it meant loosing all forms of security. 

After having time to reflect on the situation & months of careful thought, it became clear - this is why collectively as women we need long-term financial security. To stand up for ourselves. With that, Jorgi decided to create her own brand, Lady of Record, to address a gap within the industry.

Based in Los Angeles, Jorgi executes transactions for clients as their agent & advisor helping them buy, sell & lease residential & commercial properties. Her clients include entrepreneurs, interior designers, film producers, investors, first time home buyers, executives across industries & more, who together are redefining the profile of real estate owners to include women & closing the Gender Wealth Gap.

Rooted in community & education, she has also helped hundreds of women from all backgrounds better understand their economic power through hosting events in partnership with leading female-founded businesses & nonprofits.
